Mansur Ussaimi Bin Mohd Salleh graduated with an honours degree in law from International Islamic University in November 2002 and was admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor of High Court of Malaya in November 2003 after a successful period of pupilage in the Chambers of Mr K. Surendran of Messrs Surend, Zeffree & Partners in Petaling Jaya. He began his legal career when he was retained by his Pupilage Master. He played a pivotal role in assisting the litigation and conveyancing departments of the Firm during his tenure as an Associate at the firm.
He later joined Messrs. Khalek Awang & Associates as a legal assistant and had served almost three (3) years with the Firm, where he was entrusted to conduct mainly in litigation proceedings. Believing that opportunity waits for no man, he finally embarked on the present set-up with Muhammad Yazrudin Bin Che Ya, forming Messrs MANSUR & YAZRUDIN.
Throughout his years of practice until to date, he has been involved in a wide variety of legal work inclusive of individual, partnership and company ranging from civil and commercial litigation, criminal and advisory to handling real property sales and acquisitions, residential, commercial and industrial developments, leases and tenancies, to name a few. He has further undertaken company secretarial practices ranging from the formation to winding up of a company. During his advocacy, he had rendered his professional legal services to some of major players in the business community such as Eon Bank Berhad, Bumiputra-Commerce Bank Berhad, Federal Furniture Holdings Group of Companies, DHL-Danzas (M) Sdn Bhd, Institut Terjemahan Negara Malaysia Berhad, Majlis Agama Islam Wilayah Persekutuan, Pusat Zakat Majlis Agama Islam Selangor, Matriculation Centre International Islamic University Malaysia, International Islamic University and many more.
Muhammad Yazrudin Bin Che Ya

Muhammad Yazrudin Bin Che Ya graduated with a Bachelor of Laws (with honours) degree from International Islamic University Malaysia in November 2002. Upon completing his degree, Muhamad Yazrudin chambered in the law firm of Messrs Kartika Azmi & Co. He was then called to the Malaysian Bar in April 2003. He later joined Messrs Foo Say Ghee & Zamzuri as a legal assistant to handle bank and general litigation. In April 2006, he joined Messrs Jayadeep Hari & Jamil as legal assistant and indulge in doing property conveyancing, commercial and corporate matters.
He later chose to write a new chapter in his legal profession and decide to go one step further thus set-up with Mansur Ussaimi Bin Mohd Salleh, forming Messrs MANSUR & YAZRUDIN. Throughout his tenure as Legal Assistant he had handle diverse cases ranging from corporate, commercial and consumer banking litigation to employment and labour disputes, tort claims, corporate and company law issues, land law and compulsory land acquisitions and other miscellaneous civil litigation cases.
Yazrudin rendered his professional legal services to a host of clientele ranging from major financial institutions in the country such as CIMB Bank, Bank Islam (M) Berhad, SME bank, AmBank Berhad, AmFinance Berhad, Affin Bank Berhad and RHB Bank Berhad to servicing corporate clients such as SBJ Binaraya Development Sdn Bhd.
Mohd Shahir bin Mohd Isa

Mohd Shahir bin Mohd Isa graduated with a Bachelor of Laws (with honours) degree from International Islamic University Malaysia in November 2001. Upon completing his degree, he chambered in the law firm of Messrs Adam Bachik & Assoc. He began his legal career when he was retained by the same firm to handle banking and general litigation.
He later decided to join Messrs MANSUR & YAZRUDIN as partner. Throughout his tenure at Messrs MANSUR & YAZRUDIN he had handle diverse cases ranging from corporate, commercial and consumer banking litigation to employment and labour disputes, tort claims, corporate and company law issues, land law and compulsory land acquisitions and other miscellaneous civil litigation cases.

Ahmad Zakhran bin Mat Noor

Ahmad Zakhran bin Mat Noor graduated with a Bachelor of Laws (with honours) degree from International Islamic University Malaysia in April 2006. He has been called to the Malaysian Bar as an advocate & solicitor on 4th May 2007 after being as a training solicitor at Mohamed Ridza & Co of 50-10-9, Level 10, Wisma UOA Damansara, 50, Jalan Dungun, Damansara Heights, 50490 Kuala Lumpur, a legal firm which major engagement in Corporate & Commercial Law, Islamic Banking & Finance as well as real estate.
Upon completing his chambering, he joined Percetakan Nasional Malaysia Berhad of Jalan Chan Sow Lin, 50554 Kuala Lumpur, a Government Linked Company (GLC) under Ministry of Internal Affair (KDN), the official printer of the Government of Malaysia as the executive of Unit Perundangan for more than 3 years. Here he gained a good experience working with a large company with branches all over the country and exposed generally in preparing legal documentation for the company in various transactions. He also involved in the area of industrial relation law of the company to handle the disputes between the employer and employee.
Because of the deep desire to practice as an advocate & solicitor, he then joined Messrs Nasri & Rifaah of Lot 312 & 313, Tingkat 2, Wisma Nizarman, Jalan Kebun Sultan, 15350 Kota Bharu, Kelantan as a legal assistant to handle banking and general litigation. He began his career at Messrs Mansur & Yazrudin as a legal assistant from February 2011 until present to handle both conveyancing and litigation in diverse areas of laws.
